1. Who processes the data

The data controller is Vitaly Valentinovich Svishchev (“I”). This policy applies to the website vitaldigital.pro. For any data questions, email joboffer.svischev@gmail.com.

2. What data is collected

This site does not collect your name, phone number, email or any other data that identifies you directly: it has no forms. If you accept cookies, Yandex Metrica automatically receives:

  • cookies and a browser identifier;
  • your IP address and approximate location based on it (city);
  • device type, operating system, browser, screen size and language;
  • the pages you opened, where you came from, the time and length of your visit, and link clicks.

If you message me on Telegram, WhatsApp or by email, I use your contact details and message only to reply and discuss the work.

3. Why

Only for statistics: how many people visit the site, where they come from and which projects they view. The data is not used for advertising and is never sold.

4. Legal basis and consent

I process the data based on your consent. The Yandex Metrica counter loads only after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. If you click “Decline”, no statistics are collected.

Processing complies with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z “On Personal Data Protection”.

5. Yandex Metrica

Statistics are collected on my behalf by Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia). How Yandex handles the data is described in the Metrica terms of use. Session Replay (Webvisor) is not used.

6. How long data is kept

Metrica cookies stay in your browser for up to one year unless you delete them earlier. I keep statistics in Metrica reports for no longer than 3 years, then delete them.

7. Your rights

You can:

  • withdraw consent: click the button below or delete cookies in your browser settings;
  • find out what data about you is processed, or ask me to correct or delete it: email joboffer.svischev@gmail.com and I will reply within 10 working days;
  • file a complaint with the supervisory authority: Roskomnadzor in Russia or the National Personal Data Protection Center in Belarus.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
